Processing and Delivery Time
• Delivery in Hong Kong
- A Concept Group Limited offers free shipping to Hong Kong's industrial and commercial address (excluding Hong Kong remote area coverage and Hong Kong residential address, please refer to
http://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_functions/price/ to find Hong Kong's remote area coverage range). If buyer want to delivery to Hong Kong's remote area coverage or residential address in Hong Kong, the additional fee will be borne by the buyer. Therefore, if buyer requesting to deliver Hong Kong's remote areas or Hong Kong's residential address, please kindly contact us first. We will change the invoice amount and email to you before payment process.
- The general delivery time for goods is 1-2 business days

• International delivery
- Buyer in China, Macau will be shipped using SF Express, the freight paid by the buyer. Shipping can refer to SF Express website (

- The general delivery time for goods is 2-7 business days
- Other international regions, A Concept Group Limited will send by FedEx Express or UPS, all costs incurred after departure, (including freight, customs) will be borne by the buyer.

PAYMENT METHOD
• You can see a variety of payment options during your online checkout period. Use Pay - Pal, including credit card payment plan, use certification account: and other ways, such as local bank transfer and offshore bank remittance. Please note that for overseas purchases, for security reasons, all transactions with more than US$ 1,000 must be remitted by bank.
Please note that any bank charges / administrative fees incurred by local bank transfer will be borne by the buyer. If the buyer is not aware of the bank charges / administrative fees, A Concept Group Limited will not send the goods until the buyer pays the local bank charges (A Concept Group Limited will receive remain payment and send invoice via PayPal, The buyer will pay the local bank charges and PayPal charge of the manual fee).

• Due to company policy, if we do not receive your payment after 7 days of ordering, your order will be canceled automatically. Before placing your order, please make sure that your payment method is in the above range. If necessary, please contact us and we will help you complete the payment.
• Please note that the goods delivered to countries outside Hong Kong, the collection of the corresponding customs fees and any costs incurred (including freight) will be the buyer responsible.
